Shipping policy

1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OPTIONS

Shipping Method Explanation:

Business days are Monday to Friday. Weekends and Holidays are not included in shipping days. Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Standard (3 to 4 business days): $12.99

•Delivery typically three to four business days after shipment. 

Economy (5 to 8 business days): $9.96

•Delivery typically 5-8 to business days after shipment. 

2. PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 7 days business day(s) excluding weekends and holidays. Once the item has been handled to the delivery carrier, a tracking number will be sent to the customer. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Items that are on back order will be shipped out as soon as they become available. Orders placed on Friday after 12PM GMT Eastern Time or over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.

3.  CANCELLATION

After an order is submitted, processing begins, and the order cannot be cancelled. If there are questions about canceling an order, please contact us.

4. RETURNS

Returns will be accepted within 30 day(s) from the original purchase date. Items must be returned unused and in original condition. Some items, such as items on sale, may be ineligible for returns.

5. DELAYED ORDERS

In the case of delayed processing, customers will have the option to cancel their order for a full refund. Shipping provider delays do not fall under the seller’s liability. For delayed orders, please first contact the shipping carrier for the item’s status.

6. DAMAGED ORDERS

JentleskiN is not liable for lost or damaged products after the order has been placed in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your product has arrived damage, reach out to us so that we may assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.

7. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

-Orders cannot be shipped to P. O. Boxes.

The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) has restrictions on what items can be shipped through air transportation in the US. As such, any unauthorized items for air shipment may require a different shipping method.
