I was in the hospital under a lot of stress and anxiety and the nurse I had asked me if I use oils, I quickly said yes . She pulled out several oils and patiently described what she one was for and even let me smell them . Tranquility smells so good so I rubbed some on me where she told me she puts it and a few minutes after rubbing So feel a difference within my body . I also suffer from depression and I feel that also . Not only does tranquility smell amazing, it really elevated my sleep! I put a small amount in my elbow folds and in between my pillow prior to going to sleep and it was the most restful sleep I’ve had in months. I highly recommend if you have trouble getting a good nights rest.
